Today we are ready to share with you the news that started back in 2020. That time Incor LLC signed a contract with FracJet-Volga for the supply of 16 processing centers for production. This number included equipment of well-known brands Focus CNC, CNC-Takang, SMTCL, Baoma and others. Such a number of machines were supposed to be placed in a new workshop, which was built in order to expand the production capacity of the enterprise.   In 2021, the service department: mechanical engineers and process engineers of Inkor carried out a cycle of commissioning works and the launch of machines at the production of FracJet-Volga.   Today's machines are fully integrated into the production process, which does not negate the need for scheduled maintenance. The machines were checked for manufacturing accuracy. Attention was also paid to the proper functioning of the components of each individual machine. For example, when checking one of the machines, incorrect operation of the spindle gearbox was detected. Thanks to timely maintenance work, this malfunction was corrected in a timely manner, which eliminated long downtime of the equipment.
