The Incor company delivered the first Sino portal milling machine

In June 2022, Inkor LLC completed work on the supply of the Sino SP-1540 portal milling machine to the Promspetsservice enterprise. Our specialists have carried out a full service of the delivery: from installation in the workshop to instructing machine operators.

The main difficulties arose at the stage of installation of the SP-1540. This model is equipped with a 4-meter bed. This made it difficult to transport the machining center to the foundation site. You can't roll a hoist crane into the shop, and overhead cranes are not designed to lift this weight.

Therefore, our mechanical engineers decided to roll up the bed using pipes, supporting the structure with overhead cranes. After successful installation and commissioning works, the Inkor process engineer performed a test run of the "crown" part, and conducted training of the company's employees.
